Governance, reporting and transparency

We manage capital for around ninety institutions: European pension funds and insurers, family offices in Iberia and Latin America, endowments in North America and two sovereign wealth funds. Reporting is quarterly, unaudited within thirty days and audited within ninety, and it uses the same numbers our own investment committee sees.

Meridian is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment and reports under SFDR. Every portfolio company is assessed against a fixed set of environmental, governance and labour criteria before investment and re-assessed annually; the results sit in the annual report rather than in a separate brochure.
